Parish Groups

The most important primary function of our House of Reconciliation is to make space for religious programmes and conferences. Diocesan conferences, weeks of pastoral care, post-graduate courses for pastors - just to mention a few of the wide range of events.
We help you to arrange church events at our house and you can also book in to events in our own programme.
We warmly welcome groups from abroad too. Swiss, German and Dutch groups often visit our Centre.
Thanks to our great geographical position we are able to keep in contact with our Eastern-European twinned-churches. We think it's a very important function for us.
We do our best to provide the accommodation and services appropriate for parish groups, bearing in mind their programmes and age-groups.

When organizing postgraduate courses, religious conferences and pastoral care course weeks, use can be made of our conference hall (suitable for more than 100 persons) and 5 further rooms (suitable for 10-40 persons), as well as the drawing room and the reading room. The availability of these rooms and the two dining-rooms means that we can welcome several smaller conferences at the same time - and give them separate facilities.

Those who feel very energetic are very welcome in our huge park, or at our sports ground, or in the table-tennis room. Our conference centre is totally equipped for disabled persons, with fitted bathrooms. further information on this: Facilities Our Prices.
